cannoli dip recipe

there’s a famous quote that says: “life is short — eat dessert first”.

and that is exactly what i plan to do, because dessert is a wonderful thing. so this is one of the easiest and tastiest recipes i’ve found. it’s basically the equivalent of a cannoli — but deconstructed.

cannoli-dip-6-600

it consists of dipping cinnamon pita chips or waffle cone fragments in a dip that tastes fantastic with it. not gonna lie, i got this recipe from Trader Joe’s, and all the ingredients are from Trader Joe’s too.

ingredients:

1-2 bags of cinnamon sugar pita chips / broken waffle cone pieces
2 containers of mascarpone
1 container of ricatta cheese
1/2 bag of chocolate chips

___

step 1: combine the mascarpone, ricatta cheese, and chocolate chips together in a medium mixing bowl.

step 2: once they’re mixed thoroughly, put in the fridge for an hour or so, and let it chill.

step 3: enjoy! :))

___

this recipe can be completed in just a few minutes and good to have in the fridge for a last-minute snack.  as always, i hope you liked this recipe and please let me know what you think!
